Zappiti Pro 4K HDR Release (updated)

Update: We received exclusive photos from the direct out mode, and official product link

We have some exciting, exclusive news for you, since Zappiti, the well known Media Player manufacturer, is about to release their first high end player, Zappiti Pro 4K HDR.

It is a nearly 8kg aluminum unit (full 430mm rack size) that sports a new and bigger low noise power supply, a 6.35mm headphone jack, dual HDD metal trays (up to 32TB) and a feature never seen before on a latest gen media player, a Direct Output mode that should enhance both video and audio by by-passing any type of processing (the last time we experienced such an option was in the now discontinued Oppo 203 disc player).

Update: You can check photos from the new settings below. It not only enables direct out mode, but at the same time allows the user to disable unsupported resolutions.

Aside from the dual HDD trays, you also get:

5x USB ports
3x HDMI (1 output, 1 input and 1 output for audio)
1x Gigabit LAN
2x dettachable Wi-Fi (Dual Band) antennas
1x Optical out
1x Coaxial out
1x RCA out
IR extender

You can always expect that the hardware is backed by Zappiti’s sophisticated user interface that is tailor made for Movies and TV Shows.

Hopefully, we will be able to review it soon. It is expected to be available during June.

Until then you can check our exclusive photos below 😉
